Cases: High risk cardiology required; post-op open heart, sheath pull, new tracheostomy, mixed medical with underlying heart conditions 3. Certifications: ACLS and BLS required; ACLS required by compliance hard document deadline (not required at time of submittal unless noted); fit testing required — facial hair must allow for proper fit or clinician must shave, no exceptions 4. License: IL license in hand required at time of submittal; MO license — submit without license OK, requires MO or compact (no issuance if tied to another compact state); Compact — must match permanent residence, otherwise submit for update and confirm ETA 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: 12-hour nights; 3x12s; 36 hours per week guaranteed; every other weekend required — expectation of 6 weekend shifts (Sat or Sun) in a 6-week schedule; no on-call required; floats to any inpatient unit at both campuses (Memorial Belleville/Memorial East - Shiloh) within service line 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days; 7+ days requires manager approval, including any holiday RTO; no new RTO after submission; no RTO allowed the first week of an assignment 9.
