Cases: MS/Tele, CVA, Post MI, Post TPA care, Pre/Post Cardiac Cath, Pre/Post neurosurgery, Ortho trauma, Total joint replacement, Renal failure, Seizure disorders, Substance Withdrawal, Bariatric surgery, ER Holding, Cardiac Telemetry, Tracheostomy care/management, and additional skills listed in notes 3. Certifications: AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale), AVADE Level I & II required 4. License: WV license or compact license required; valid Driver's license required in all submission packets 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Meditech experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Every other weekend required; blocked scheduling cannot be accommodated; 36/48 schedule over two-week pay period; float required within scope of practice (units 6040, 6041, Rehab, Transfer Unit, ER Hold) 8.
