- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year ICU required; inpatient only; unit is an intermediate level ICU 2. Cases: Neuro, trauma, alcohol withdrawal, respiratory distress, insulin drips 3. Certifications: BLS and ACLS required; AHA only 4. License: Current RN License; must meet criteria for Missouri licensure or currently licensed in Missouri 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic 7. Shifts/Call: Nights, 1900-0700; 36 hours weekly guaranteed; no call requirements; floats on rotational basis to critical care cluster or med/surg; night shift orients on day shift and must be available the entire week 8. RTO: Not approved in first week of assignment; must be made up on the back end; only 1 holiday RTO per assignment 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10.
