- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years Stepdown experience required; Stepdown or ICU experience needed 2. Cases: Post-op (high acuity surgeries or lower acuity surgical patients needing cardiac drips, BiPAP), Trauma, High Acuity Medical 3. Certifications: BLS and ACLS required; AHA only 4. License: Current RN License; must meet eligibility criteria for Missouri or be currently licensed in Missouri 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC 7. Shifts/Call: Weekend Nights, 1900-0730; 36 or 48 guaranteed hours (must be indicated on submission form); no call requirements; float to any department with equal or lower acuity when needed 8. RTO: 5 days or less must be made up on the back end; only 1 holiday RTO per assignment 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Local candidates billed at $10 below posted travel rate 11.
