- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year Cardiac Stepdown required; inpatient only 2. Cases: Post op CABG/Valve, Thoracotomies, Respiratory Failure, Chest Pain 3. Certifications: BLS and ACLS from AHA only; NIHSS preferred 4. License: Current RN License; must meet criteria for Missouri licensure or currently licensed in Missouri 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC 7. Shifts/Call: Nights 1900-0730; 36 or 48 weekly guaranteed hours; no call required; night shift orients on day shift and traveler must be available the entire week for orientation; floats as needed to similar or lower acuity unit; every other weekend required 8. RTO: 5 days or less must be made up on the back end; only 1 holiday RTO per assignment 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Local candidates billed at $10 below posted travel rate 11.
