Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; must have been at the bedside within the last 6 months 2. Cases: Must have experience in vents, titration of pressors, and insulin drips; need ICU experience/high acuity PCU 3. Certifications: ACLS, BCLS, NIH required; ACLS required by compliance deadline 4. License: IL license in hand required at time of submittal; MO or compact accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Night shift 1:4 ratios; no on-call required; every other weekend (Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday for nights) 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days (7+ days requires manager approval, along with any holiday RTO); no RTO allowed first week; no new RTO after submission 9. Returning Staff: 18 months with 3-month break in service required; permanent BJC/Saint Lukes employees must wait 1 year 10. Travel/Local: No locals accepted within 75-mile radius 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Billable up to 16 hours at $20/hr; completed pre-start through WorkRamp; must start within 1 week of signed contract and complete 2 Fridays prior to start date 13. Travel Experience: Required 14. Scrubs: Navy 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only 16. Special Equipment: BiPAP, Opti flow, art lines (HARDSTOP - non-negotiable) Critical: Must have proficient experience with titration of vasopressors, sedation medication, art lines, cardiac arrhythmias, chest tubes, trach vented patients. Labs must be completed within 48-72 hours of signing. First-timers not accepted.
