Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required 2. Cases: Medical and post-surgical care for cardiac, vascular, and thoracic patient populations including open heart surgery, TAVR, thoracotomy, heart catheterization, pacemaker implantation, and vascular procedures 3. Certifications: RN State License And/OR Compact State Licensure, BCLS, ACLS, NIHSS required 4. License: RN State License And/OR Compact State Licensure; pending license OK but must be active and in-hand prior to start date 5. Education: BSN preferred 6. EMR: EPIC experience required; EPIC experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Nights 1900-0700; 4 weekend shifts per 6 week schedule 8. RTO: Must be included at time of submission; two pre-approved time off periods 9. Returning Staff: Previous employees must be separated from facility for at least 1 year before returning as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 50 mile radius rule applies; locals accepted at reduced rate 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Non-billable; up to 4 hours factored into NBO; completed during orientation; recorded through MyPath 13.
