Cases: Telemetry and stepdown-level care (PCU/DOU/IMC), cardiovascular experience including pre/post cardiac cath; Trauma Level I preferred 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS required; CPI, NIHSS, Trauma noted (asterisked); must be current and valid 4. License: Active Virginia State or Compact RN license required; pending license accepted only if candidate holds a single-state license from a non-compact state 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12s, 6:45p-7:15a (nights); float required — may float 2-3 times per shift, re-evaluated every 4 hours (day shift at 11a and 3p; night shift at 11p); facility may call off 1 shift per 2-week period; 24 orientation hours 8. RTO: All RTO, block, and special scheduling requests must be included at time of submission; maximum two pre-approved time off requests; must work one holiday per 13-week contract 9.
