- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 2 years of IMC/Stepdown experience required; Medical/Neuro ICU experience preferred; must have experience with vasopressors, titratable drips, art lines, neuro-stepdown patients, procedural sedation, thrombolytics, and trach management 2. Cases: General medical disease processes including post ischemic/hemorrhagic stroke, sepsis, cardiac, and respiratory; ECG/Telemetry exam required (failure results in contract termination) 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required 4. License: NV RN license required prior to start 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Nights; 36 hours weekly guaranteed; no call requirements; may be required to work major holidays and pick up one additional shift per 4-week schedule period; 48 hours of low census call-off per 13-week contract allowed without penalty 8.
