- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of experience in specialty (MS/Tele-PCU) required for submission 2. Cases: MS/Tele-PCU experience required; patient ratios 1:5 or 1:6 3. Certifications: AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and NIH required; copies required at submission 4. License: KY or compact license required; active and in hand at time of submission; copy of unexpired driver's license required with address matching permanent address 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Meditech experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 84 hours per two-week period (one week 3x12, next week 4x12); every other weekend required; float within scope of practice required; blocked scheduling cannot be accommodated 8.
