- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: Community Hospital experience required; Trauma Level II experience preferred; extensive skills list including Neuro Stepdown, CVA, Cardiac Telemetry, Arterial line management, Vasoactive drips, Tracheostomy care, and more 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required; NIHSS in hand is a hard stop; must be AHA or American Red Cross 4. License: WI/Compact required; Pending License accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Variable schedule; primarily days but must also be available for 1500-0300 or 0300-1500 shifts if needed 8. RTO: One pre-approved time off allowed 9.
