Job Description
Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – Stepdown – Medicine/Nephrology
Shift: Days/ 7a-7p, 12×3, 36hrs/week
Length: 13 Weeks
Requirements:
- OK/Multistate compact License
- 1 year of experience
- Med/Surg and Stepdown experience required
- Must have Knowledge of professional nursing theory, practices, techniques and procedures
- Must be familiar with Central line care and management, foley care and management, end of life care and management
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- BLS
- Bachelor of Science (or higher) in Nursing Board Approved Program preferred
- Charge experience is a HUGE plus
Other Details;
In relation to the nephrology portion, they should know how to care for a dialysis site properly (for example, not using an HD cath or attempting to access a fistula for blood draws)
