Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required; stroke certification required 4. License: No pending state licenses accepted; valid Driver's License must be included with submission; current and valid DL or state-issued ID required along with a utility bill in the traveler's name with matching address within the last three months of projected start date 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic 7. Shifts/Call: 7p-7a; every other weekend coverage; block schedule not accommodated; floating within scope if needed; floating to sister facilities if needed 8.
