- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required for submission 2. Cases: Cardiac Telemetry experience required 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required; CPI preferred 4. License: Florida State or compact license required at time of submission; no pending licenses accepted 5. Education: Certain educational institutions not accepted (see attached document for complete list) 6. EMR: EPIC experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Weekend required - every other weekend or 6 weekend shifts per 6-week period; on-call not required; float required to other units/locations 8. RTO: Required at time of submittal; approved during interview; cannot be added after interview 9. Returning Staff: Must wait 1 year period after leaving internal contracted position 10. Travel/Local: No radius rule; locals accepted at travel rate 11. Background: Must disclose background policy prior to submission for approval 12.
