Cases: Telemetry oncology, cardiac, and PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown experience required; vent and transplant experience required; thoracic experience preferred; ICU or IMC and surgical post-op experience required; Trauma Level I preferred, Trauma Level II required 3. Certifications: BLS and ACLS required; AHA only; WI RN or compact RN license required; traveler must pass Telemetry test prior to being cleared to start 4. License: Wisconsin RN license or compact RN license required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Evening/Night, 12-hour shift, 7:00pm-7:30am; Monday through Friday with every other weekend and some holidays required; patient ratio is 1:3 days, nights, and weekends 8.
