- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission; ICU or IMC and surgical post-op experience required; if ICU, must be willing to work with IMC or general care patient population 2. Cases: Telemetry oncology, cardiac, and PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown experience required; vent and transplant experience required; thoracic experience preferred; patient diagnoses include esophagectomies, lung volume reduction surgery, wedge resection surgery, cardiac surgery stepdown patients, and hospitalist patients 3. Certifications: BLS and ACLS required; AHA only; copies required at submission; traveler must pass Telemetry test prior to being cleared to start 4. License: WI RN or compact RN license required 5.
