- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years at a Level I Trauma facility required 2. Cases: Med/Surg, Progressive Care (PC), Acute Care (AC), Telemetry experience required 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required; EKG Onboarding exam, Math exam, Med/Pharmacology exam, Progressive Care Competency exam, Progressive Care skills, CORE exams also required for compliance 4. License: KY license or compact license required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: Every other weekend required; float requirement to other universal/progressive areas within UKHC and Good Samaritan 8. RTO: Must work 3 out of 5 Winter holidays 9.
