- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of recent experience within the last 7 years required 2. Cases: PCU/IMC/Stepdown experience required; community hospital, LTAC, Trauma Level I and II experience preferred 3. Certifications: ACLS and BLS required; must pass Relias EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with minimum 80% overall score and 100% on lethal rhythms 4. License: Must have either compact license or MD license (MD locations) or DC license in hand (DC locations) 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 nights 1845-0715; every other weekend coverage required; float required to Tele and MS as needed; no call required 8. RTO: No RTO permitted during first two weeks; no more than 7 days per 13-week contract; must be included at time of submittal 9. Returning Staff: Previous MedStar employees must have been separated for minimum one year before returning as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 60-mile radius; locals accepted at lower rate; candidate address must match driver's license 11. Background: Not specified 12.
