- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 18 months required; first-time travelers accepted 2. Cases: Cardiac and Medical PCU, True ICU Stepdown; Heart caths, BiPAP, cardiac and vasoactive drips (Levo, Dopa, Nitro, Cardizem, Amio); Level I, II, III, or IV required 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS required; NIHSS preferred; all required certs must be in hand at time of submission 4. License: IN-STATE (Indiana) license required; must be in hand at time of submission; pending license not accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner; experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: No on-call required; will float within scope; Guaranteed Hours: 8 and 10 hr. shifts = 40 hrs./week; 3 x 12 hr. shifts = 36 hrs./week; 4 x 12 hr. shifts = 48 hrs./week; weekends required 8.
