- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2+ years preferred 2. Cases: Cardiac; common diagnoses include CP, MI, Open Heart, Watchmen, TAVR, Post-op cardiac cath, post-op pacer 3. Certifications: BLS required; must have all PA clearances (Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance, DHS Fingerprinting, FBI Department of Aging Fingerprinting, PATCH PA State Police Clearance); drug screen within 90 days accepted; declinations NOT accepted for MMR 4. License: PA RN license required; all fingerprints must be submitted/uploaded before candidate can be cleared 5. Education: RN required 6. EMR: Epic 7. Shifts/Call: 36 weekly guaranteed hours; every other weekend depending on unit staffing needs; no call requirements; may float to 1:1s depending on needs 8. RTO: Not specified 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 60 miles or greater required to be considered travel; local rate is $51 11. Background: All candidates must have complete and clear screenings prior to start; all PA clearances are non-negotiable; PATCH must be done for Employment — Volunteer clearances not accepted 12.
