Cases: PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown; skills include BiPAP/CPAP management, cardiac telemetry, ventilated patient care, central line management, chest tubes, heparin protocols, HFNC, ABG interpretation, vasoactive and cardiac drip titration, post cardiac angiogram/MI/cath/surgery, pre/post hemodialysis, renal failure, IV insulin protocols, PCA, PICC line management, TR Band, and Rapid Response/Code team use 3. Certifications: AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and NIHSS required 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 4x12s, nights, rotating weekends and holidays; no call; floating required (MS float at 1:7 ratio); hospital may cancel/call off one shift biweekly without financial penalty; additional overtime shifts may be flexed for census decrease without penalty 8.
