Shifts/Call: 36/36 schedule; no call; rotating weekends required; 1:5 PCU ratio; 1:7 when floated to Med/Surg; floating required; general orientation begins Sundays (online CBLs); 24 hours orientation (16 hours nonbillable); hospital may cancel/call off one shift biweekly without financial penalty due to census 8.
