Cases: Stepdown/PCU unit; relevant cases include CVA, Post MI, Post TPA care, Pre/Post Cardiac Cath, Pre/Post neurosurgery, Traumatic Brain Injury, Ortho trauma, Total joint replacement, Renal failure, Seizure disorders, Substance Withdrawal, among others listed 3. Certifications: AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and NIHSS required; AVADE Level I & II also listed 4. License: KY license or compact license required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Meditech; charting system experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 36/48 schedule over two-week pay period; every other weekend required; float required within scope of practice; blocked scheduling cannot be accommodated 8. RTO: One pre-approved time off; blocked scheduling not accommodated 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Must reside at least 75 miles from facility; locals not accepted 11.
