Cases: Stepdown/PCU unit; skills include cardiac telemetry, CVA, post TPA care, tracheostomy care, titrating cardiac drips, BiPAP/CPAP management, epidural analgesia, chest tubes, heparin protocols, IV insulin protocols, sheath removal, pre/post cardiac cath, pre/post neurosurgery, traumatic brain injury, total joint replacement, substance withdrawal, renal failure, seizure disorders, wound care/wound vac, and others 3. Certifications: AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, NIHSS, AVADE Level I & II required 4. License: KY license or compact license required; valid driver's license required at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Meditech preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 1:5 ratios; every other weekend required; blocked scheduling cannot be accommodated; 36/48 schedule over two-week pay period; float required within scope of practice; orientation is bi-weekly (16 hours) 8.
