Cardizem, Lasix, renal dopamine, nitro Vents: No vents, Bipap and Cpap and HF/ Vapotherm Hospitalist or Intensivist in house: Hospitalist 7a-5p then APN inhouse with e-hospitalist IV Team: No RT 24/7: Yes Pharmacy 24/7: 24/7 pharmacy support. Nursing does not mix meds Shifts: 7-7:30 12 hr shifts.
