- Unit Notes:NEEDING ASAP START **Medical Solutions auto deducts the 1.75 WA state tax - you are able re-add that back in.** Region I: Primary to St Francis Hospital, but if needed, travelers will be required to float throughout Region One: St. Anne Hospital Burien, WA; Virginia Mason Medical Center Seattle, WA; St. Francis Hospital Federal Way, WA. Additional $20 hours when floated within Region I that's not the primary facility. Unit PCU # of beds 24 Ratios 1:3-4 Required Certifications NIHSS, ACLS, BLS Common diagnoses/Types of patients Pneumonia, ARDS, Covid-19 infection, HTN Urgency, Angina, cardiac cath patients, ETOH Withdrawal Experience or 'Must have' skills PCU experience Are RNs required to titrate drips? Yes Common titratable &/or set rate drips Amiodarone, Diltiazem, Dopamine, Nitroglycerin, Lasix, Dobutamine Charge Nurse/House Supervisor Yes 24/7 charge nurse and House Sup Are there nurse aids on this unit/Ratios yes 1:10 RT Equipment (vents, Cpap, BiPap, etc) CPAP, BIPAP, HIGH FLOW OXYGEN Is there tele on this unit?
