Cases: Post-cath care (right & left heart caths, TAVRs, ablations, watchmans, pacemaker implantations, TR band management), post thoracic surgery care (VATs/RATs, resections, lobectomies), pre & post care of open-heart surgical patients (CABGs, MVRs, AVRs, Aortic Dissection repairs), vascular surgery post op care 3. Preferred skills include chest tube management, remove chest tubes, remove pacer wires, 12 lead EKGs, O2 management (up to BIPAP & heated hi-flo), drips (heparin, diltiazem, amiodarone, Lasix, dobutamine, milrinone, ketamine). Fast paced cardiac unit at cardiac center of excellence.
