- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of PCU experience required in a hospital setting 2. Cases: Strong dysrhythmia recognition skills and critical drip experience required; pre/post cardiac cath and pacer patient care experience preferred 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIAH required; must be in hand at submission 4. License: Active Compact License required at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Expanse 7. Shifts/Call: Every other weekend or equivalent based on staffing needs; Day and Night shifts each staffed with 5 RNs; patient ratio 4:1; floating to Med Surg, ICU (border patients), and Emergency Department (ED holds) 8.
