Cases: COPD, CHF, AKI/CRF, PNA, DKA, RSV/Covid/Flu, GI bleed, General Intermediate Care, Falls/Failure to thrive, Overdose, Weakness, SOB, Cancer complications, Cellulitis, DVT, CVA; experience with stable chronic ventilators required 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required; must pass online EKG tele competency assessment before starting; IV Start preferred; all certs listed on application accepted in lieu of separate copies 4. License: Not specified; current Nursys report required at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 36 or 48-hour contracts available; OT paid after 48 hours on 48-hour contract; must be available to work every other weekend and holiday; patient ratios targeted at 1:4 but can be up to 1:5-6; float required at Premier's discretion within specialty clusters; may float to multiple campuses within 10-15 miles 8.
