- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of total acute care nursing experience required, with at least 1 year of PCU experience; experience must be current/active and worked consistently within the last 12 months 2. Cases: Solid Tumor, Orthopedic Oncology, Thoracic Oncology; Oncology experience preferred but not required; high acuity PCU patient experience required 3. Certifications: BCLS/BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required; must be in hand at submission 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: Day/Night rotating; shift assignments reviewed every 4-week scheduling period; float required to other PCU or MedSurg Oncology units of equivalent or lower acuity 8. RTO: One pre-approved time off allowed 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Not specified 11. Background: Not specified 12. Pre-Start Modules: Orientation is 72 hours 13.
