- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of oncology experience preferred but NOT required; high acuity PCU patient experience required; acute care experience must be current/within the last 12 months and in the applying specialty (hard stop for pass) 2. Cases: Solid Tumor, Orthopedic Oncology, Thoracic Oncology; PCU level of care with Med Surg Telemetry component 3. Certifications: BCLS/BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required; must be on hand at submission 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: Day/Night rotating or Nights; if accepting a 12D/N rotating contract, may be scheduled for days, nights, or a combination based on department needs; shift assignments reviewed every 4-week period; float required to other PCU or Med Surg Oncology units; patient ratios 1:3 PCU, 1:4-5 Med Surg Telemetry 8. RTO: One pre-approved time off; weekend shifts variable based on unit needs 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Not specified 11. Background: Not specified 12.
