Cases: Cardiac specialization, chronic ventilated patient management, post lung transplant patients, wide variety of diagnoses; Trauma Level I and II preferred 3. Shifts/Call: 3x12 hours per week; weekdays and some weekends; rotating holidays; most likely days; on-call required; self-scheduling; patient ratio 1:3 days, nights, and weekends; 4 weekend shifts per 4 weeks; 36 orientation hours 8.
