Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in PCU required 2. Cases: Progressive Care Unit (PCU) - kidney transplants, liver transplants, pancreas transplants, r/o rejection, infections, AKI, uncontrolled diabetes, hepatology, GI bleed 3. Certifications: ACLS/BCLS certification required 4. License: Valid compact or state license in hand at time of submission required 5. Education: Must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program 6. EMR: Epic system experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 hour Night shifts; must be willing to float within units of equivalent or lower acuity; weekend coverage required 8. RTO: Required with submission, must be built into contract 9. Returning Staff: Former employees eligible for travel assignment once away from facility for 6 months or more; current employees ineligible to be hired as traveler at any Ohio State University hospital location 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at the same rate; previous travel nursing experience preferred 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Not specified 13.
