- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 2 years of RN experience required; at least 1 completed travel assignment required; previous IICU/ICU experience with acuity of at least 1:3 is required; 3 years of experience within specialty required for first-time travelers 2. Cases: Trauma, medical, surgical, and neurology cases requiring monitoring or interventions every 1-2 hours; direct admissions, ICU transfers, and escalations from Rapid Response Teams 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required; must be AHA or American Red Cross (standard requirement) 4. License: Active SC or multistate license required; pending license not accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: 1 year of Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Must work 2 of 3 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, NYE); 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule period; facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks; float to other units or campuses required as needed based on qualifications and documented competencies 8. RTO: ALL RTO, block, and special scheduling requests must be included at time of submission; requests only accommodated if approved by facility at time of booking 9. Ventilator experience is required. Proficiency in cardiac monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, telemetry monitoring, and titration of cardiac and vasoactive drips is required. COVID-19 vaccine not required.
