- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 18 months combined permanent experience in specialty required; 18 months of recent Stepdown experience required (travel experience will suffice); PCU/Progressive Care experience preferred but not required 2. Cases: HVTI-Stepdown unit; potential to float to units J1-2, J33, and ED for same patient population 3. Certifications: AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required 4. License: Permanent Ohio License or Compact State License required and must be in hand at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessments completed during orientation; acceptable score on both required 7. Shifts/Call: AUTO OFFER - 3x12s ONLY; Day/Night rotating shift 7pm-7:30am / 7am-7:30pm; shifts may be variable based on operational needs; hospital reserves the right to rotate if necessary 8.
