Travel Nurse (RN) Tele/Stepdown (Telemetry/PCU) Chandler, AZ

$1,702.00 to $1,952.00 weekly

• AZ License
• Minimum 2 Years of experience – must be recent, within the past 6 months
• Critical thinking skills a must
• BLS
• ACLS
• NIHSS

• # beds: 16 bed
• Floating: Yes, to any tele/medsurg floor
• 50 mile radius rule, must not live within 50 miles of the facility – must provide current driver’s license with submit
• First to float – could float to sister facility
• Travelers are required to pass a dysrhythmia exam through UNA (WITH 2 MAX ATTEMPTS) within 24-48 hours of receiving offer, If they do not pass in 2 attempts, they will be made a DNU for CSH AZ & Sac regions
