- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years minimum required; 3 years listed in job requirements; must have experience in Stepdown or Telemetry unit 2. Cases: Neuro Stepdown and Telemetry patients; stroke unit with other neuro-related diagnoses; adults and geriatrics 3. Certifications: CA RN License, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required; all listed as AHA or American Red Cross per standard policy 4. License: CA RN License required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: Every other weekend required; on call as needed; orientation is 12 hours 8. RTO: No pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10.
