Experience: Stepdown experience required; telemetry experience required; prior CV surgery and vascular surgery population experience (open heart, TAVR, lobectomy, AAA repair, and fem-pop bypass) within a year preferred; CVICU experience preferred 2. Cases: CV surgery and vascular surgery including CABG, AVR, MVR, Bentall, TAVR, thoracic lung surgery (lobectomy, thoracotomy), esophagogastrectomy, AAA (open and endovascular), fem-pop bypass, carotid endarterectomies; overflow medical cardiology including heart failure, DKA, chest pain, sepsis, heart block 3. Certifications: ACLS and BLS required 4. License: NC RN License (implied by location, but not explicitly stated in notes) 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner 7.
