- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: PCU/Stepdown cases; 30% cardiac patients (CHF, MI, TAVR, MVR, pacemakers, arrhythmias); respiratory patients (COVID, FLU, COPD, asthma, trach patients); neuro and renal overflow; complicated medical surgical patients 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required; copies required at submission 4. License: AK RN License required; pending license accepted for submission but must have license in hand for Auto Offer; application must be completed within 48 hours of signing 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Night Shift; no on-call required; floating required to lower acuity units, renal care, neuro, MS 8. RTO: Time off approved on individual basis upon offer; all RTO must be included in submittal; must work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year) 9. Returning Staff: Permanent staff must be separated for minimum 3 months; travelers can work maximum 1 calendar year then require 6-month break 10.
