- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: 30% cardiac patients (CHF, MI, TAVR, MVR, pacemaker, arrhythmia, drug load, Angiovac, ACS); respiratory patients (COVID, FLU, COPD, asthma, trach >24h, home ventilators); neuro and renal overflow; complex medical surgical requiring higher monitoring 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required; copies required at submission; Hep B vaccine required (no titers or declinations accepted) 4. License: AK RN license required in hand for Auto Offer; pending license accepted for submission (takes 10-12 weeks) 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 night shifts; no call required; weekend coverage may be more frequent than every other based on staffing needs; willing to work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year) 8. RTO: Must be included at time of submission; approved on individual basis upon offer 9. Returning Staff: Permanent staff must be separated minimum 3 months to return as traveler; travelers can work maximum 1 calendar year, then required 6-month break before returning 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule applies; no locals accepted; candidates must be 50 miles from facility 11. Background: Not specified 12.
