- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 5 years strongly preferred; 1+ year endoscopic vein harvesting REQUIRED; CVOR experience required 2. Cases: CVOR required; float coverage includes ortho, vascular, gyn, thoracic, and general surgeries; endoscopic vein harvesting required; Trauma Level I experience required 3. Certifications: ACLS and BLS required; must be AHA or American Red Cross (confirm per standard policy) 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7.
