- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1+ years required; no new grads; no LTC experience accepted 2. Cases: IRF, Med-Surg required; common diagnoses include stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury 3. Certifications: RN License (must be on hand), BLS required 4. License: OR License required and must be on hand at time of submission 5. Education: N/A 6. EMR: Epic experience required; Pyxis also in use 7. Shifts/Call: 7AM-7:30PM and 7PM-7:30AM; 36 weekly guaranteed hours; every other weekend rotation (M-F); no call required; no float required 8. RTO: Not specified 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: No local candidates accepted 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Not specified 13. Travel Experience: Not specified 14.
