- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1-2 years required; at least 1 year Acute experience required 2. Cases: Neuro, trauma, burn, gait training/strengthening, wound vac 3. Certifications: BLS required; Mandatory reporter cert required (Child and Adult); Titers within last 12 months (MMR, Hep B, Varicella, TB) 4. License: Iowa RN License (implied); Iowa SING Background Check required (Criminal and Child Abuse portions) — NO EXCEPTIONS 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Meditech 7. Shifts/Call: 7a-7p; every other weekend; no call requirements; Monday or Tuesday starts allowed; 36 or 48 hour guarantee available — notate preference at submission 8. RTO: Not specified 9.
