- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years Rehab experience required; Level 2 experience required; at least 1 year of experience minimum 2. Cases: Not specified 3. Certifications: BLS and CPI required; copies required with submission 4. License: MO or compact license required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner experience required, no exceptions 7. Shifts/Call: 1845-07:15; every third weekend required; float to Med/Surg and potentially up to Telemetry 8. RTO: Required 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone for at least 1 year 10. Travel/Local: No radius restriction; locals accepted at same rate; first time travelers accepted 11. Background: Client approves background hits on case by case basis 12. Modules: Non-billable; L&D, Mother Baby, and NICU: 6-7 hours; ED, ICU, and TELE: 4 hours; completed pre-start; recorded in NKCH's education system; strict expectations for timely completion of HealthStream modules throughout assignment 13. Travel Experience: Not required 14. Scrubs: Navy blue scrubs 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only 16. Special Equipment: Not specified Critical: Patient ratios 1:6; 12 orientation hours; at least one reference required; one job submission at a time; CEUs required for specific units (ED/ER: 4 stroke, 8 trauma, 4 cardiac; ICU units: 8 stroke, 8 trauma, 8 cardiac; Tele: 8 cardiac, 8 stroke).
