- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of recent rehab experience required 2. Cases: Acute inpatient rehab; skills include blood glucose monitoring, care and management of ports, CVA, fall risk assessment/prevention, feeding tube care and management, Foley catheter removal, insulin protocols, isolation precautions/PPE, pain assessment and management, patient teaching, pressure ulcer assessment/prevention, swallowing precautions, wound care 3. Certifications: BLS required 4. License: A
