- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1+ year of nursing experience in skilled nursing or other 24/7 skilled care environment required; Med-Surg or inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred; minimum 13 weeks Epic experience required 2. Cases: Stroke, brain and spinal-cord injuries, amputations, complex orthopedic injuries, and other conditions requiring inpatient rehabilitative services; high acuity patients 3. Certifications: BLS required 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic; minimum 13 weeks Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 12-hour shifts; 6:30a-7:00p or 6:30p-7:00a; every other weekend and holiday rotations; call requirements: yes; 30-minute mandatory unpaid break each shift; two 15-minute paid breaks; staff not permitted to stay past shift end time unless approved by house supervisor 8.
