Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years minimum required for submission 2. Cases: Behavioral health diagnoses including dementia with behavioral disturbance (60-70%), Alzheimer's, depression, anxiety, mania, psychosis, and other mental illness diagnoses for adults 18 and older; substance use and detox 3. Certifications: BLS and MOAB required; PsychMental Health Certificate (ANCC) preferred; Gerontology Certification ANCC preferred 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required; charting system experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 12-hour nights, 18:45-07:15, Friday through Sunday only (block scheduling); floating required to other behavioral health units and facilities, including Novant Health Forsyth behavioral health unit and potentially ED 8. RTO: RTO after booking is NOT allowed and cannot be worked out onsite; only one pre-approved RTO per contract; any call-offs or additional RTO could result in cancellation and DNR 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at a different rate; first-time travelers not accepted 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: 36-hour orientation 13.
