Certifications: BLS and MOAB required; facility will offer MOAB 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic preferred; unit also uses Pyxis and SBAR 7. Shifts/Call: 12-hour nights, 18:45-07:15; no call requirement; float required to other units including EDBH or geriatric BH unit; every other weekend required; target ratio 1:8 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days for AYA Auto Offer; RTO after booking is NOT allowed and cannot be worked out onsite — call offs or additional RTO could result in cancellation and DNR 9.
