- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required for submission 2. Cases: Complex medical conditions, co-occurring behavioral health needs, and substance use disorders; assessment, stabilization, and integrated medical/behavioral health interventions 3. Certifications: BLS required 4. License: Active Virginia State or Compact RN license required; pending license accepted only if candidate holds a single-state license from a non-compact state 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12s, nights, 6:45p-7:15a; EOW or 6 weekend shifts per 6-week scheduling block; facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks; must work one holiday per 13-week contract; RN may be required to work as charge and to precept; float within skillset required 8. RTO: ALL RTO, block, and special scheduling requests must be included at time of submission 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10.
