- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1+ years required; must have experience with dementia patients 2. Cases: Dementia with Behavioral Disturbances required; common diagnosis is Dementia with Behavioral Disturbance 3. Certifications: BLS and HWC required; all required certifications must be obtained prior to start 4. License: RN license required to work in Tennessee; Tennessee Abuse Registry check required prior to assignment start date 5. Education: Certification/licensure required to work as an RN in TN 6. EMR: Medhost 7. Shifts/Call: 36 weekly guaranteed hours; 24 weekend hours; no call requirements; no float requirements; orientation is bi-weekly on Mondays 8. RTO: Not specified 9.
